Owen Parry becomes ComeOn Group's Head of Customer Engagement

IGaming operator ComeOn Group has announced Owen Parry as their new Head of Customer Engagement.

The customer interaction department will be led by Parry, who most recently oversaw ComeOn's proposition team, comprising the company's portfolio of markets and brands.

Earlier, this year, Matthew Cawston was appointed as Director of Marketing Operations, while Robert Rothman joined ComeOn Group in the new position of Director of Performance Marketing.

As Head of Customer Engagement, Parry will play an important part in enabling ComeOn to maintain its strategic focus on the brand's sportsbook. He will also be providing a customised customer interface together with real-time CRM for a secure player experience.
